About Vivienne
High energy, big impact! An exceptional communications professional with 20 years’ experience, my passion is creating communications that get employees fired up to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
I partner with leaders to deliver communications that are personal, impactful and actionable. I ignite a spirit of teamwork in your organization by implementing effective, employee-focused initiatives. I have spent the last 15 years working in Internal and Employee Communications. I have managed global teams and worked as a sole contributor at Uber, Royal Philips, ING and ABN AMRO. Before moving to the Netherlands in 2007, I spent six years managing communications for members of the Irish parliament. In each of these positions, I delivered campaigns that had a lasting impact, while also managing the occasional crisis or two.
Nowadays I live in Zeist, am married to Joost and we have two children, Max and Amber.
